Wasted 4 hours of my time -- avoid!My heat pump broke yesterday. Dial One was easy to find online and seemed helpful at first. They said a technician would call me in 20-30 minutes, so I was relieved to get help so soon. However, they never called -- I called back in 45 minutes and they said "oh, the tech. will call you any minute note; we'll page him to be sure," I waited 30 minutes and called back, same story -- another hour, I called again, they kept promising an imminent response. I was too patient with them. After 4 hours, I finally found a better, local heating place (not the franchised dispatch-based system on Dial One). When I called the local #, the tech guy called me back immediately, walked through a bunch of things to try over the phone, and then offered to come immediately. The local place was great -- Dial One kept promising to come out "immediately" but I wasted 4 hours of my day with these people. Avoid!
