Family Service, Inc. Is a private nonprofit agency that's mission is to strengthen and enhance the well-being of individuals and families in our community. Family Service, Inc. has been established since 1968 offering Community Wellness and Prevention Education Programming. Community Wellness program includes the provision of individuals of all ages, marital, family and group therapy services through skilled and licensed therapist. Counseling services specialize in gender identity, Spanish speaking services, EMDR, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, etc. Trainings on mental health challenges such as trauma, trauma-informed care, mental health disorders, etc. are provided by request only. Counseling services are offered in-person and teletherapy. Prevention Education programs offer child abuse prevention and anti-bully education to youth in a school-based setting. Child abuse prevention education is also provided for adults to better recognize and respond. Family Service, Inc. charters Prevent Child Abuse Bartholomew County Council (CAP Council) that brings awareness and education to our community. Family Service, Inc. is located in Columbus, IN providing services to Columbus and surrounding areas.
