  (b) Maintenance. REMC will repair, replace and maintain all equipment owned by it, including lamps, glassware, and photo-electric cells, which may be necessary to provide continuous operation of the security lighting system, except as hereinafter otherwise provided.

• Surge Protection
  Protect your whole house with meter base surge protection. Bartholomew County REMC will install a surge protector on your meter or meter base to protect your home from power surges.
• Electrical Inspection
  Must have permanent water and sewer facilities (water piped in and sewage piped out) approved by local authorities and must have passed appropriate electrical inspection as required by appropriate authorities.
