Property management does not respond to issues in a timely manner. I had the misfortune of moving into an apartment following a prior occupant who owned a dog. The unpleasant experience for me was when pee stains began to come up in the carpet and flea eggs began to hatch. Apparently, the pest control service this company has used for what I understand is many decades required 3 complaints on my part to finally treat the apartment. Over the course of a week, 3 attempts to get pest control to DO SOMETHING, sleeping in my bathtub, sleep deprived, and many, many, many flea bites,, attempting to treat the apartment myself, pest control finally DID SOMETHING.... Unfortunately, it doesn't matter how nice an apartment complex is when the pest control service is lacking. NO ONE likes to pay rent when the rental is occupied by fleas, or any other creepy, crawling bug or rodent.
