I was looking for a product that I used to buy in Delaware. No one here in Alabama seemed to carry or bother returning promised phone calls. That was until I saw a commercial for Wild Bills Party Shop in Columbus Georgia. Talk about above and beyond service. The Manager placed numerous calls to make it happen to get my product in from other stores and the warehouse. This store deserves your business, trust me.

As an ex-employee of Wild Bill's Liquor Store, I must say, Mr. Bill was a GREAT employer. We were expected to give excellent service as we did and as they still do.

The customer service attendants are rude and disrespectful. During one visit, an attendant complained that I had too many individual items at check out. I never heard of a store complaining about making a sale. My last visit was truely my last. I was followed around the entire store. I felt as if I was being stalked. After I entered the store, I placed one product out of the way on the counter and proceeded to pick up some more items. I immediately returned to the same counter to check out with my entire purchase; but, as I approached the counter I noticed I was being followed as if I had some master plan in place. It was very intimidating! I quickly tried to explain I was only going to get some more items. I am never going back in that store again!!

I'm not a liquor store expert, but wild bills is a very nice store with a variety of beverages, liquors, wines, etc for every taste.
