Please Please Please make sure you keep your tags with the numbers on your items..Please check the cloths before you put them on..if anything is wrong with your cloths they will never take ownership of the problem...The manager GENE will try to give a credit when they destroy your cloths. They do not want to pay you for what your cloths are worth...I've never posted any reviews before on any company..but I will post a review about the company every week.. So I've been using Wade cleaners for about 22years..never had a problem until now. At the beginning of our relationship, for the first 19years, I used them every week..Had a few problems with misplaced items but nothing major. Few buttons of here and there..NO PROBLEMS..No that my income is less than it was, I can not afford every week..I dropped a suit off a few weeks ago and it was totally ruined .Now I agreed that it wasn't an expensive suit $250.00 but It still had a lot of life in it..I drilled about not bringing the coat and paints in at the same time. But I never took tickets out . They were cleaned at the same time. Well the GENE offered me a $100 dollors credit in store.. I couldn't replace suit for that. He promised to call back but didn't. When did catch up with him he said because I've only spent $280.00 or with them this year, It was fine for me to take my business elsewhere. ..No credit ..no suit SEE YA.. After all these years and $250.00 suit ..see ya.. DJ Thanks
