Dr. Scuba and his staff are wonderful. I showed up for my consult, my appt was a different day (miscommunication with my orthodontist). Plus, if I showed up on the right date, I would ha e been an hour late!! I didn't account for the time difference. Tey were kind, got me back quickly, and he was in maybe 10 minutes later. He was great. He listened to me and was caring. Unfortunately after the physical exam I had major jaw pain and got a migrans before I left the parking lot, but at least it was a complete exam. I can't wait til my nex appt!

Dr. Scuba is great!!! Is staff is possibly the WORST in the state of Georgia. They over charged us on the co-pay and we are still waiting on a check 3 months later. My insurance and work benefits providers says we are due the money and continue sending them letters to the effect. I should have seen it coming when the "receptionist" asked me to take my cell phone call outside. 1. I am not a loud talker. 2. I was the ONLY ONE IN THE WAITING ROOM. What poor, poor customer service. Sorry Dr. Scuba, until your staff changes, I cannot come back or recommend others to you.
