Yep, they're busy. For a reason... They take good pictures for the money. Yes, they cost more than Wal-Mart, and they pressure you to buy a lot of poses (they have to make a quota), but they take good pictures. My kids are 6 and 18 months... the baby is a the hardest age to photograph, but they were great and patient with her. She wouldn't sit still, so the photographer chased her instead. This is not a place I would go every year, unless I came in with the idea that they are going to take a lot of pictures, I'll like several, but I'm not going to buy everything I like. Went for the "once every 3 or 4 years" family pictures. We spent $175 and got a TON of pictures. Again, this was a big deal photo shoot for us, not the yearly Christmas card photo. No, they're not as good as booking a professional photographer, but the pros in my area are $250 just for the sitting fee! (which I will probably do ONCE). But they are better than Sears. Think "Olin Mills the way Olin Mills used to be".

This place was horrible on their scheduling. We had a 10:30 appt. and still by noon it was not our turn yet. We asked what was taking so long they said when they do the scheduling they only seperate the appts. by 10min. but the photo shoots take longer then that. I gave it one star because it was kid friendly, they had activity tables to keep our 3 kids entertained but after 1.5 they couldn't wait any longer. my advise is go some where else.
