Service Dept. not helpful or informative. Showed grease spots on inside roof-car was new- I was told to buy mr clean and clean myself. Person walked away. today I go for oil change and told I needed appt or wait 2 hours. Appts were only for Saturdays I was told before Public should be advised appts needed.
