The apartments are old and not taken care of the office staff does not care about their residents or the issues that they are having with the property they do the bare minimum for the max amount of rent. I have been living here for 6 months and I'm still waiting on the dishwasher to be replaced, the outlets need to be replaced either they don't work or they are not stable which means the cords will not stay in. I have wood roaches in my apartment on a regular bases coming in cracks in the bedroom with no assistance from the office or maintenance. I would not recommend anyone to rent these apartments that they claim they are refurbishing the only time they do work is to get you in the door.
