This place is horrible! The Administrative Director is uneducated and very unprofessional. She is unable to manage any of her employees and is absolutely spineless! There drug screenings are done by an almost 90 yr old man who cannot see or hear very well. The results on the tests are not accurate and when questioned they come up with false information to tell the clients just to keep business. They are allowing civilians to go overseas (CRC) once they come to ACE to be cleared that are not fit to go. As with everything else they threaten the employees with write ups so that they will falsify patient records and keep secrets from the corporate office. Certain employees are allowed to have pets running around the clinic out of the patients sight. All of their staff is not qualified to care for patients. They will give a clean bill of health for the money because that is all that matters to them. This is not the place that you should choose to go to for services or send your family.
