Since 1992, Saint Thomas Medical Partners - Neurology - Columbia have aimed to provide patients with the highest level of neurological medical care. Gilmore, M.D. Specializes in Epilepsy, Sleep Medicine & Pediatric Neuroloty. She is originally from Dayton, Ohio. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati, with a degree in Chemistry. Lucy Y. Ledbetter, M.D. specializes in Concussion in Youth Sports & is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. Anthony Casamo, PA-C has become widely recognized as an outstanding specialist in the field of Neurology. Anthony has a k een interest and proficiency in Sleep Medicine, and in the field of neurotoxin therapy. Lyndsey Mangum, PA-C began her professional career in Physical Medicine & Rehab and Pain Management.
