Being a good listener by engaging with you is paramount to what I see as working with current issues client's face. Understanding that clients search for solutions to their problems, knowing and learning how to help themselves become stronger, whether a survivor of trauma, infidelity, substance abuse or neglect, or anger you may hit a breaking point. Please know that together we can take you to the next level, to what works best for setting goals and interventions best done where change can happen. Don't put off today where you want to be tomorrow-change can make a difference. I work with children age 7 and adolescents, teens, young adults, Individuals and Couples, Family and Seniors, I am trained in Trauma, PTSD, EMDR, Sexual Abuse, Neglect, , Substance Addictions, Young Adults Relational Issues, Cultural Issues, Sexual Orientation, Grief and Dying, , Divorce & Co-Parenting, Family Conflicts, School, Career and Job Changes. Building empathy with clients is inviting them into session as they reach out to seek help to their issues. Letting clients know you are present to listen and not judge them can validate you are with them and understand them.
