I always try to give my business to local businesses. I am not sure that D&D is even a "business". I had a wreck... went through "GIECO"... they booked D&D... supposed to come by 4pm... waited and no one showed... called D&D at about 4:30... phone rang & rang... changed lines and rang some more... some guy answered... I told him who I was and the fact that someone was supposed to pick up my car... said he knew nothing about me or my car... said he was "down to one truck"... said he would check with the driver and give me a call back... didn't hear anything more. Finally called Gieco and told them what happened. They said they would cancel that tow company. Shame that people in town complain that the locals don't give them business... now you know why... I vote with my wallet!

Very rude and unprofessional.Driver was on the phone yelling and cussing the whole ride,and also was smoking in front of my child and I.I will never use this company again.

Very clean and friendly employees prompt service and very knowledgeable on repair shop in the areas
