I would give no star or a big minus if possible. I was a customer at their Virginia College beauty school on Two Notch in Columbia SC 2 weeks ago. I've been to other beauty schools before and was always satisfied. The student who did my hair had attended the school almost a year and had her finals the following week. I received a totally botched job! I had high and low lights done and the result was, I looked like a skunk! big wide colored stripes. I asked the student what she was doing, since I had my hair highlighted for 30 years and it did not look right to me what she was doing. The student said, she did not know how to do weaving and sliced my hair instead and the result would be the same. Her work was NOT supervised. The floor teacher NEVER checked on her. I called that evening, and again the next morning to let them know I wasn't satisfied. They had me send in pictures. They were hemming and hawing, finally agreed to see me the following day. They made me see the director of the school. They made it look like I was just an unsatisfied customer. It was very obvious my hair was botched and people had laughed about my hair job. They finally agreed to fix it and made me PAY! for part of the service to correct it. I had to go to a REAL salon and have it fixed. DON'T GO THERE. THE STUDENTS KNOW NOTHING. THE TEACHERS DON'T GIVE A DAMN. CUSTOMERS BEWARE.
