This review is of the Todd & Moore located on Oneil Court near Two Notch Road.Today is March 8, 2006.On December 17, 2005.I purchased a letter jacket for my high school senior for the academic letter she earned.I was not surprised that there could be a delay in getting the embroidery done during the holidays soI purchased the jacket had the letter sewn on and ordered a class year patch for the sleeve.The plan was to pick the jacket up before Christmas,(this occured), and return in mid January when the patch order arrived, bring back the jacket and have the patch sewn on as well as the embroidery of the name.Late January we received a call and brought back the jacket.The work was to take 2 weeks. When we checked back the embroidery was done but the patch was "lost". A new patch was ordered and now it's almost too warm for my Senior to enjoy her jacket before graduation.I did not like the tone of the cashier or manager on 2/19/06 and would not recommend this store. Bad experience.
