I don't know what they do but I have been eating here for years and they still make the best salad around. You can't beat their baked sweet potatoes and the staff is always so nice. Bye the way, their steaks are great too. I love having a place to eat where I can rely on always getting food that tastes as good as I expect.

I've been there several times since my first visit in San Antonio Texas, but I recently went for dinner and had THE BEST WAITRESS EVER! Her name was "Kiona" and she is not only polite, but EXTREMELY FAST and EFFICIENT!!!!!! She is management material. Constantly checking to see if our drinks were full and filling them quickly. A TOTAL DINING EXPERIENCE IN PLEASURE! She always picks up the used plates as she leaves, clearing the table. WHAT A GREAT WAITRESS!!! The ribs fall off the bone, ribeye steak grilled perfectly!
