I have been eating at this jimmy jons for a few years. The first couple years they did great. but the last three times I have ordered from there they have been terrible. I had one order that took 45 min to get here. I also had one that they just forgot about me. I just ordered again to give them one more shot, the guy on the phone put me on hold for over five minutes, then would not let me finish my order because he had something more important to do than to take my order. last i have been waiting on this order of two sandwiches for over 25 min. i am less than two blocks away. dont eat at this location anymore

jimmy johns on devine has the worst employees not to mention the managers and staff my girl friend there was treated horibly not once but twice worst franchise owner in the south i would like to see them go the garners ferrey one is quite nice though
