Founded in 1981, IMIC Hotels is a hotel development and management company located in Columbia, S.C. The company offers a range of capabilities and specializes in areas, such as operations, human resources, sales, marketing, design, development, finance and accounting. It owns and/or manages 15 hotels, suites, and inns, including Hampton Inns, Wingate by Wyndhams, Quality Inns & Suites, Comfort Suites, Suburban Extended Stay Hotel and The Inn at USC, which is a historic boutique hotel. In addition, IMIC Hotels also owns and operates Lighthouse Marina, The Rusty Anchor Restaurant, and The Quarterdeck Bar and Grill.
