BEWARE
WARNING: First Citizens Bank notified me today that if I do business with a company and that company uses my card with fake charges I cannot file a charge back.
REASON: Because I did business with the company in the past. It does not matter if they screwed me over.
RESULT: First Citizen says you will not be protected due to a company scamming you if you paid them. Poor protection. Now to find a new bank.
