Absolutely the worst. Lost or misplaced my test results, left me sitting and waiting for six days to find out if I had a DVT or not, then lied and tried to blame it on the imaging center, even though the imaging center has documentation that the fax was sent and received. Plus, why would they not contact the imaging center after a day or so, if AFC had not received the results? Is that their SOP, oh, well, no results, let's just let this go? No one's going to buy such a childish defense. Then they called me at the house to try to create a pretense of "we just got your results today! Not our fault!" Funny, they had no answer to why, even if that were true (which is was not), that they would not have followed up on the first place. In fact they had the results six days ago and were panicked and trying to cover it up. Awful!
