Burton-Pack Elementary School is a part of the Richland County School District One, which is one of South Carolina's largest school districts with more than 24,000 students in kindergarten through grade 12. The school district also includes a career and technology center, an alternative school, charter schools and an adult and community education program. Burton-Pack Elementary School imparts education in several subjects, including math, science, English, science and social studies. The school s library provides a collection of reference books, archives, biographies, encyclopedias, online dictionaries, newspapers and magazines. The school has a guidance counselor who assists students in their educational development and offers individual and group counseling services.
