I have never had the issues the other lady did. My clothes come back clean and pressed. Once a pair of trousers came back with a slight pinkish discoloration on the insideof the waistband but no other issues. They are a bit disorganized, however.

My blouses came back to me with soiled collars and with no starched/(nor ironed) like I asked for. Two expensive sweaters (cashmere/silk blend), size small, were stretched out and pinned to hangers --- they now look like size large. I am appauled. Would not recommend 245. What's more, the gentleman in front of me had someone else shirts mixed in with his order.
