I owned 3 cars from this place , they all had problems ! Every time I called to have it fixed they would be so backed up with repairs it would take weeks to get my car done. I just recently traded in my last car I had from them to a bigger dealership and they raised up the payoff and told me all types of charges that I have never heard of before this time. I would honestly stay far from these people everyone I talk to including strangers with their sticker on the back has nothing but problems from the cars . Please trust me and go some where else !

I had purchased a car in July and I had all kinds of problems and they worked with me. I needed a lower payment and I had a limited down payment and they took good care of me. If you need a car and your credit isn't good they are great to deal with

i have been a customer for five or six yrs i have never had a problem with the vechiles i have purchased and actually its been quit a few chris is a very nice guy and will do anything for anyone so if u are unhappy then i dont even think u tried i have always got good results when something has went wrong

I've bought 3 cars from this place (96 eclipse - it had the typical problems all have but traded in for newer, 99 eclipse - great car, never had any problems for 3 years but it got totaled in accident, and a 99 durango - which i recently purchased) and have never had any problems with my vehicle that they would not fix. Their staff is very polite and friendly and the manager chris is an honest worker who looks to keep the customer satisfied. I would recommend this place to anyone who lives in the neighborhood or if you're willing to travel a bit. Keep up the great work. XD

I was very dissapointed in every aspect of my expierence with Mountville Motors. They never followed up with phone calls. They promised repairs on the car before I picked it up that were never done. The office staff was rude and to top it off ,I only had the car for a month and it broke down. I called Mountville Motors and they basically said " Your problem" and had no comments about backing up their cars. I HIGHLY do not recommend using them. I am a single mom that does not have much money and scraped every penny I have to buy my daughter a car and now it is sitting in front of our house and does not run. GREAT BUY!!
