Clover Rest Home, conveniently accessible from I-80, Route 94 and Route 46, is a small, home-like facility located in Columbia NJ in a quiet country residential neighborhood. We specialize in Long-term care, services for the memory impaired and short term rehabilitation programs with exceptional physical, speech and occupational therapy. Hospice care is also available. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, private payment and most long term care insurances. Our veteran RN's, LPN's and CNA's provide 24-hour care with continual physician and pharmacist oversight. What distinguishes Clover Rest Home and accounts for our superior ratings by all U.S. Government standards is the fact that all of our nurses are employed by us and maintain our high standards of patient care. We do not employ agency nursing staff, which enables us to maintain exceptional standards of employee supervision, oversight and accountability. This translates into a superior level of care for your loved ones in a personal, familiar and reassuring environment.

not an easy decision---mom lived at Clover for many years. although my 5 siblings never agree on anything, we were ALL very unanimous on our decision that Clover gave mom the best clinical and best end of life care. --no regrets!
