Many of the employees at this service are not dependable. They show up when they want to and do not communicate to clients if they cannot come at the appointed time. And when they don't show up it is impossible to get any information from supervisory personnel. They won't answer or return calls. The VA contracted them for my Dad 2 times weekly for 90 minutes. Sometimes we would not see or hear from anyone for several weeks. And most time the worker would leave in less than an hour saying that she had to be at another client.
