Cannot depend on these people. They show up when they want to. No communication with clients. Not dependable. My Dad had this service coming twice weekly for a while and could not count on them. When the worker could not show up she would not call or let us know why or when she would be there. Sometimes this would be for weeks at a time. During that time the supervisor would no answer or return calls. This company has no leadership. They turned around and told the VA that it was our fault and that they could not please us.
