On my way from Michigan to KC. Stayed in Columbia I believe I was the first customer of the day. At the end of the wash the door was not open. I;m laying on the horn no one comes. Now a car is coming behind me. My wife and I are now out of the car screaming. I run all over nobody in the building. Finely find attendant talking with some gal in the pay booth. Scream at them by the time I run back to the car the door is going up. wife pushing door as it is rubbing the car. The guy behind flooring his brake the whole time. Thank god nobody was hurt. I demanded my money back my heart raced for an hour. I wanted someone to know! Do you have a process where the door gets opened??? By the way car had 1000 miles on the new Ford Edge. Not a scratch thanks to my wife and the man with foot on the break. The situation was very dangerous
