We have been Starbucks customers at the Bluffs store for more than 2 years. My husband and I are both gold card holders. We are at this location so often (almost daily) that the people know us by name. In the past 2 months the quality of the drinks has gone down dramatically. My husband drinks a Venti Frap and there have been several times they have not added the imulsion to the drink. This means we either have to go back or he just throws it out. I drink the iced venti skinny vanilla latte. Sometimes it looks and tastes like it doesn't have any espresso in it at all. Just milk and vanilla flavoring. On top of that they want to argue when I point out that it looks like it doesn't have any espresso in it. We are very unhappy with how things are being handled. We never know if the drinks are going to be made correctly or not. We feel there should be some training and quality control. This is the closest store to our home and we will just stop shopping with Starbucks. Too bad.
