Never again. In our last house St. Clair Corp. replaced all the windows and installed the Gutter Monster system. Both were overpriced, but I had no complaints about the products. My latest venture was having one square of vinyl siding in my two dormers replaced with vinyl shakes. Would you believe $2,500? Again, the installers were great. they get the one star. Dealing with St. Clair was more than difficult; both confusing and downright frustrating. There was no follow up and no product warranty. I requested a breakdown of materials and labor -- never a response. Will not be a returning customer.

I handle my 90-year-old grandmother's finances for her. One day, I notced she had written a $700 check to St Clair. When I asked her about the check, she didn't even remember writing the check nor could she tell me what she had written it for. When I tried to contact St Clair and explain the situation to them, not only would they not refund her money (the work had not yet been done), they accused me of lying to them to get out of a contract. When I asked them if they thought it was good business practice to accept money from a 90-year-old woman who didn't remember why she had written a check, they had no answer. Thanks to St Clair, my grandmother has a "Gutter Monster" but I had to buy her groceries that month!
