Dialysis Clinic, also known as DCI, is a nonprofit organization that provides care services for patients with end-stage renal diseases. Established in 1971, it focuses on the physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs of individuals to achieve complete patient rehabilitation. Dialysis Clinic s treatment plan includes dialysis, organ procurement and transplantation. The organization operates through laboratory, supply, quality management, peritoneal dialysis and outcomes monitoring divisions. It also maintains a donor services division, an affiliation of organ and tissue recovery organizations that provide organs and tissues for transplantation. The organization is affiliated with several universities and teaching hospitals throughout the United States, including the University of Missouri , MeHarry Medical College, Tulane University, Creighton University and University of New Mexico. Headquartered in Nashville, Tenn., Dialysis Clinic maintains a clinic in Columbia, Mo.
