My daughter bought a 2001 Ford Focus. She signed the paperwork, it was paid in full, and she was given the keys. She was told they do all their inspections and it passed. She was told they could not find the title and, when She said that it was illegal to sell her a car with out at title, the younger woman said, "Oh honey, we do this all the time." to which she stated, "Then you break the law all the time." They told her they would apply for the title and had her sign a paper for it. The title paper had a lien to them marked on it even though she paid in full. she expressed concern for this and was told they would fix it when they get the title. Which means she would have to wait for them to get the error title and THEN the corrected title before she could license it. They gave her dealer plates and told her to go home. Within 24 hours, her check engine light came on, the steering wheel was all the way to the left when driving straight, the shocks in the front were bad and she bounced all over the road, the car pulled to the right, the exhaust pipe was about to fall off and would hit the road if she hit a bump, the drivers side car window would not roll down, the engine sounded like it was about to blow, and the car was close to overheating. she has a 4 year old and 4 month old and almost wrecked in this car because of all the damage to it. The car looked like it had been in a wreck and had damage to the body in the front and back. She went back to the dealership with me and I told them they either needed to fix the car or give the money back.I told them there was no way this passed inspection the way it was. They refused to fix anything and gave the money back. She bought a better car, but we do not want this happening to someone else. They are clearly selling cars with no title and passing inspections on cars that are unsafe to drive. the car is listed as sold on their website. If you look at the reviews and then the names of the owner's family he lists on his personal page, most (if not all) the reviews are from his friends and family.

I have purchased three cars from them in the past two years. One was a white mercedes benz that runs and drives like new and strongly feel that I was treated fairly each time. Before you go anywhere else check them out.
