OUR children Don't come with a manuel and sometimes parenting is NOT what we expect. What parents DO need is support. Guidance, a NON judgemental listener, a place to SAY "I don't know what to DO" and tools and strategies to help them. ALL parents have questions and concerns. This is exactly where I come in to help coach YOU through the issues facing your Family. MY passion is working with families and helping create a warm and loving environment for both parents and children to flourish. MY goal is to allow families to talk about what they need and determine if coaching or counseling in needed. In ONE session or several we CAN review your needs and concerns and offer recommendations to help create a calm and peaceful Family experience. There is NO "right WAY" to parent. It takes evaluating your Family. Seeing what the challenges are then creating a personalized plan to address those CHALLENGES. Topics include but are NOT limited TO: CHILDHOOD anxiety power struggles child development DISCIPLINE ROUTINES/ consistency sibling RIVARLY PARENTAL STRESS/ANXIETY stress reduction and RELAXATION INDIVIDUAL counseling referrals to community RESOURCES ​SLEEPING/NAPPING ROUTINES BEING a parent myself I understand HOW difficult it CAN BE for parents to find CHILDCARE or time for themselves to seek help. ONE of the many advantages to the Family garden LLC is that I come to YOU. We CAN meet in the comfort of your OWN home for both parent coaching and counseling.
