      Friendly, courteous staff who go out of their way to help. Great bank. Wish I could have taken it with me when I moved out of the area!

      A special thank you to Ms Kiara Baum and Ms Roshannda Williams for outstanding service on Saturday December 18, 2010. They were more than courteous and helpful in redeeming saving bonds and other financial matters. Althouth this was my first incounter with these two young women, I can definitately indicate that are an asset to PNC.
