Dined in last night. I usually order way more food than we can eat to take home leftovers. When I asked for box was told they don't have boxes for a lot of pizza. Yet I'm watching people leave with medium and large boxes. Waiter went to back and came out again and said they don't have any boxes. Manager came out who did not act like he really cared. He was dressed dirty and looked like he was in charge of making the dough. He said the medium and large boxes are only for carryout orders. I spent a lot of money there and now have to take multiple small cheap flexible boxes home with me that allow air in and ruin my pizza. Was told this is corporate. But I have never had this happen before. I think it might just be this Pizza Hut. I will not go again!

Absolutely awful customer service. Almost every time we order the order is incorrect. They don't know the difference between ham and bacon, for one. For two, when I called to complain they essentially said they didn't care. I will never order from here again.
