Omni Credit Management, Inc was established in 1991 to offer full service collection and skip tracing services to Maryland, Virginia, & Washington DC companies. We handle a variety of clientele in the healthcare, retail, landlord, utility and banking industries. Omni Credit Management, Inc is licensed and bonded, and are members of the American Collectors Association and the Seaboard Collectors Association. We utilize the most up to date skip tracing and collection tools available. Our client services department is always ready to assist in placing your bad debt accounts and answering any questions that arise on a day to day basis. Our collectors and support staff are trained in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), and any and all state laws that might supersede the FDCPA. We work very hard to always keep your best interests in mind. In many cases, our clients want to retain their relationships with their debtors. Omni Credit Management, Inc.'s mission is to recover your outstanding receivables without litigation. Sometimes litigation is necessary and we work very closely with a collection law firm when this is unavoidable. The owner is a past instructor with the American Collectors Association and with the Heritage Professional Collectors Association and is a Certified Collector. He is also a past president with the Seaboard Collectors Association.
