Dr. Mon is a board-certified general surgeon with 12 years of clinical experience. Prior to joining Saint Agnes Dr. Mon practiced as Attending General Surgeon at Chelsea Surgical Associates/St. Joseph's Mercy Health in Chelsea, Michigan. She has experience in private practice general surgery and acute care general surgery, and is skilled in AdvLaps. Dr. Mon graduated from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in 1999. She went on to complete a general surgery residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
