Cannot confirm the service. Scheduling was a problem. Called in September after purchase of a Groupon and the earliest appointment was end of March! Come February I get an email saying that I needed to reschedule because Kathy doesn't take Thursday appointments any longer. So I reply saying I will take the next Monday available. No response was ever received. Needless to say I still need a massage and I won't do the pre-paid thing ever again.

I have not even been here to see Kathy yet but bought a massage coupon on Groupon and my experience attempting to schedule a massage has been a nightmare. I bought it in March, and then she tells me she has no availability until June. In June when I need to reschedule that appointment, she makes no attempt to offer days/times she has availability for me. I am attempting to get a refund from groupon and will take my business elsewhere where it will be welcome.
