Howard County Department of Recreation and Parks provides a wide range of recreational activities to residents of Columbia, Md. The department s Recreational Licensed Childcare program focuses on developing a child's social, cognitive, emotional and motor skills through age-appropriate activities that follow recommendations established by the Maryland Model for School Readiness.
