I have been here many times and they have great coupon offers online, mailers and groupon/living social deals. I get great pics, for a great deal. You can book a time online and they send you reminder e-mails. Our photos are great (for the money we spend). There is also a starbucks right next to them (helps with handling the kids for photoshoots)

I am writing this review because I don't know what a problem with the security officer has to do with the portrait studio. I have been in this store many times and my wife is Asian and we have never had a problem with anyone the security (or sales) nor have I ever seen any security officer appear in any way to be harassing anyone. As far as the Portrait Studio is concerned my wife and I recently had passport photos done and the man did a great job and we are planing on getting a portrait done there.

Questionable behavior by security. I was embarrased by a security guard that singled me out because of the color of my skin in columbia maryland. There were salespeople near but he asked me firmly if he can help me. He should apply for a sales position at the store and leave minority customers alone. Also, no one at store to complain to.
