Fantastic experience! Hatice gave my 3 year old daughter a wonderful haircut! We hardly had to wait & Hatice was kind, patient, & skilled. I think the other person who wrote the negative review should have taken in a photo (which is what we did) - it helps the stylist immensely. It was just a picture of a little girl from a toy catalog & Hatice duplicated it perfectly! If the unhappy woman's directions to the stylist were anything like her grammar or typing skills, it's no wonder she didn't get the cut she desired:)

I took my 18 month old there to get a simple trim. He is mixed, so he has curly hair. We told the stylist that we wanted her to take a little off the top and even showed her with our fingers. We told her that we wanted him to be cut with scissors. She took the trimmers to his head and completely just cut his hair down to his scalp. I was behind upset, i even black out. I was so furious when i said something to her because she started to fuss with me about her being a master barber for 25 years. Well for one of that long she sure didn't know anything about cutting mixed children's hair. I told her i wanted her to stop because she kept going and was making it worse and worse. Someone else had to finish and thank god for her. She couldn't make the hair come back, but she listen to what i said and made it better then what the other lady was doing. She absolutely ruined my night and gave me an instant migraine. When you go know what you want and don't let them tell you anything different
