Montana Veterans' Home is a Medicare and Medicaid certified facility with more than 100 beds. The facility also maintains an over 15-bed division that offers treatment for patients who suffer from Alzheimer s disease. Established in 1896, Montana Veterans' Home offers a variety of rehabilitative services, such as physical, occupational and speech therapies. The facility also provides a range of spiritual, dietary and support services. It is a part of the Department of Public Health & Human Services, which maintains the Addictive and Mental Disorders Division for the treatment of chemically dependant people. The Department of Public Health & Human Services is governed by the state of Montana.
