The Oaks is an 80-plus-bed long-term care center that offers a variety of services to its residents. It offers on-site eye and dental care, and physical, occupational and speech therapies. The Oaks is accredited by The Joint Commission and is a part of Parkview Whitley Hospital. Parkview Whitley Hospital is a nonprofit, community-owned hospital that offers a range of emergency care and rehabilitation services. It has a sleep disorders laboratory that diagnoses and treats sleep-related disorders. Additionally, the hospital offers diagnostic and magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound, mammography, and CT and dual energy X-ray absorptiometry scans. The Oaks is located in Columbia City, Ind.
