I am a military spouse, I just moved to Colorado springs, so there for I'm new to here and don't know everything about Colorado! I had called this post office to ask what time the mails runs because I've been keeping an eye out for a package, since I just moved here I have no idea what time it runs the lady who answered the phone was very rude! I have never heard someone be so rude when they explained they were knew to a city and wasn't sure what time mail runs! She was very rude and ignorant of the situation! I don't know why the post office would hire someone who has no intention of doing they're job the correct way and answering someone kindly with the respect they deserve! What kind of employees do you hire? No, one should ever be answered and talked to in the tone and smart way she answered me and talked to me! I hope the next time this post office hires someone they look into to their personality and how they talk and treat others!
