Stay away from this place. They do not care about doing the job right, will take forever to give you a quote, and will shortcut every repair possible. I know, I have to have everything that they did done again except a switch and had to have them do that again because it was not correct the first time. Look at my videos on you tube. Search "Superior Auto and RV poor repair videos" Like it. The more hits the more higher it will show on google to warn people about this business.

Was referred here by a customer of mine. What a joke of a business. You are warned. DO NOT BRING AN RV HERE! They did not fix one thing right. I will be filling a BBB claim on them. I brought it in on an appointment and drove by daily. It took them over 2 weeks to get me a quote and I had to go in there to get it. They pulled a slide off to replace the wood underneath and new seals. They had a smaller slide to copy and the work / materials are low grade. I asked them to reseal 3 compartment doors and they used car door sealing material. Doors are hard to close and stick out. They greased up the carpet and I had to shampoo the RV. Finally, I was going on my first trip and filled the water tank, while purging the antifreeze I flooded out the RV. Bastards did not hook up the drain lines. When I went to pick it up the first time. I refused to accept it. They kept it a week and I just wanted it out of there. I will redo all the work myself. And this for toppers. They used over 1/2 tank of gas while it was there and the mechanic pissed in my toilet. This place should not be in business. The owner should go be a Walmart greeter, if he can do that!

We took our RV in to get the slide repaired and generator serviced. They promised to have it done in a week, which did not happen. The slide is now worse than before and we can't manually crank it and it slides out on its own while driving, which was not the case before we took it in. They also said the generator needed $700+ to service. When we got it home, the spark plug had been slightly pulled out and as soon as we pushed it in, the generator started fine. They were supposed to call with an estimate on the slide and it has been over one month and still heard nothing. We spent almost $400 for nothing to be fixed, got no calls back this entire time. I don't think they know what they are doing, they were completely unprofessional and definitely not prompt! Very disappointed.

My boss set them up by testing them. He pulled a fuse and brought his truck in and played dumb. They said it would be a small Diag fee and my boss was fine with it. About an hour later they call our office and said his truck was fixed at NO charge it was a simple fuse was missing. My boss was floored and this is why I am writing this review on the clock :) thanks
