I let it grow for 10 years without a cut, although I have some damage on the top that was self inflicted (sad, I know). No more wearing my hair up. I'm turning a new leaf in life, will be 50 this month, and I'm excited - the haircut was one of the steps in this direction. I'll be back in a couple months! I have been going to hair salons since I was 12 years old, so I can tell you that Styles Salon is one of the best salons I have ever had the pleasure of finding. Usually it's a scary ordeal, ya know. But I was put to ease the moment I talked to their front desk person Cassy. Cassy was so polite and informative that I scheduled a color appointment and a haircut on my first visit. Usually I do just a haircut and once I know they know what their doing I would schedule for my color. Needless to say, I was very satisfied with my hair, I love it. I did what every other person does when moving to a new town, I goggled it. Checked out what was out there held my breath and chose Styles. Why? besides the obvious of the outstanding reviews. I related to their website. Not to pretentious more real, ya know. I waited for Mindy, she’s the owner, and she is the first hairdresser that really listened to me. We came up with a Style just for me, I am ecstatic and to top it off they offer nails, Brazilians, skincare etc. Thanks Mindy see ya in 6 wks

It was the first time I was ever asked , when the last time you really loved your hair. After that she asked me to explain my daily styling routine. And If I could change anything what would It be. I was in shock, nobody ever ask me so many Questons. Styles completly updated my look, and I put my curling iron away (huurah). Never thought I could look so good with less work. THANK YOU STYLES ! I highly recomend styles when you really need someone to listen to your needs. ### ###PS. I now set my alarm for 30 min. later.

It has been a while since a stylist took the time to really listen to me. When I walked into Styles, I was greeted friendly and was immediately offered something to drink. Then my stylist, Mindy, accompanied me to the chair while inquiring about the last time that I was happy with my hair, which had been quite some time. She followed up by recommending a style that suited 'me'. She also suggested a color that I was able to maintain and love that had never been suggested by any of my former stylists. All of the staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The make-up artist even visited with me to give me helpful hints to bring out my eyes. It was a great experience that felt as if it was ALL about me; they made me feel important.

I went with a couple of friends and we spent the day getting pampered. My girlfriend, Mya at work told me about Styles Salon and it has been the best salon experience I have ever had. My friend Rachel had a new set of nails and they looked fantastic and natural. My other friend Beth had a facial and bikini wax, she said she melted and that her wax was the gentlest she had ever had, as far as bikini waxing goes. I had a designer cut and color by Mindy who really listened and showed me how to care for my hair at home. She also showed me how to use products so that it would do the same for me when I tried it. They tend to have alot of turnover with the stylists. You can't always get the one you had before. Some of the long timers tend to be booked out weeks in advance. But, the price is good.

Its always scary going to a new salon. I was put at ease the moment I walked through the doors. they were friendly and helpful. The stylist listen to my needs and expectations. And gave me a professional and insightful consultation. I left feeling like a new person. I got the works from my head to my toes. What the heck I deserve it. I highly recommend their salon for their friendly, personable, and skilled staff. O by the way say Jen sent ya!
