We have lived at there for over 15 years. For the most part it is a quiet and friendly community to live with your children. The only part I do not like is requests to get a sink hole in front of our drive has been ignored almost 14 years now. We live next to the runoff between E and D. People use this run off as a road and have broken the cement. The water that collects in that area goes up our drive way 3/4 of the way flooding the area. Creating a huge sink hole that takes a couple of days to clear up. An attempt was made 5 years ago to replace the sidewalk which has now deteriorated and has started to destroy our parking area. Last year when our home was refitted for the water meter the plumbing used deteriorated and is leaking. I spent over $50 just replacing some of the plumbing going to the mobile home. There is still leaks from the riser outside. Particularly the outside hose section was watering outside. Clamps should have never been used. Please help us. 352E.
