I have stopped here many times before and the service has been decent at best but this last time we stopped, no one wanted to take our order and the only people getting service was the drive thru. It was not busy at the time we stopped and when we finally placed an order it was over 10 minutes from the time we pushed the button. The person taking the order was not interested in taking it and it seemed that working was not high on their list of things to do at that time. Food was ok, and drinks we ok except for the malt I ordered. All of the malt mix was in a large clump at the bottom and as I took my first drink I got a full straw of it. Problem is I was already home at this point and didn't want to drive back. I will not stop here again in the middle of the afternoon because the people working at this time don't seem to care. Thanks for ruining my malt and the fries were cold as well. Time to go to another place, this place has gone down hill.
