It could have been Five Star - Until I got a phone call from them after everything appeared complete. When they delivery railroad ties in their dump truck, they expect to DUMP IT ALL! Dump 7 tons of soil and 6 railroad ties all in one pile?? No way would I have expected that! The driver had unloaded the railroad ties near the site they will be used and the soil near where I will use it. He did a good job. His trainee from the office could not have done the same work - which may have been the issue. Guess I will not buy railroad ties from them again. Actually their phone call implied that I was using them to do my landscaping which I found offensive - that was not true! It is a shame, I was happy with them until then. I was not taking advantage of them.
Always on time and great quality product. Raven in the front office does a good job of providing recommendations for types of product based on the project we are working on. Drivers are all very kind and friendly and professional. I had a 10 ft wide gate and their truck was 9 ft 6 inches wide. They put that truck in the gate on the first try and perfectly dumped the material in the location I wanted it. GREAT JOB!
