This 'professional' was involved in a child custody case involving an alcoholic. With very little background and NO investigation of the facts, she presented her opinion in court, writing rave reviews on several occasions. This person was granted overnight visitation, had been caught on several occasions with PRE-SCHOOL children, passed out, and now has NO rights to the children whatsoever.Ms. Reinert ruins lives, costing emotion, money, and pain. Because of her, the scars we must live with will never leave. She forms and injects her opinions without fact or investigation. I can only hope someone in El Paso County has caught on, since we cannot depend on the judges to stop her.Do yourself a favor - go elsewhere, or insist your lawyer or judge find someone else.

Please, please, please be careful with this wack job. "Google" her, ask around the community. I am not sure how this individual continues to play any role in mental health or custody evaluations. minus stars-Do yourself a HUGE favor and find another "professional". Read the complaints filed on her first. If you have to deal with Carol Reinert, make sure you record every single conversation with her. It was the only way to sift through her lies.
